Al-Ameen Amina Bai Hospital started at Gulbarga in the year 1977, in a rented Building under the supervision
of Dr. Nasir Bin Ali, and Janab Salam Mahagavi Saheb to serve the poor persons of the community and to
provide better amenities to the Community.
Considering the Services of the Hospital to the community, Janab Syed Shah Mohammad Mohammadul Hussaini Saheb Sajjada Nasheen Dargha Hazrat Khaja Banda Nawaz donated a site measuring 130' X 110' for construction of own hospital building.
On 31-1-1983 the foundation stone of the Hospital Building was laid down by
Janab Alhaj Abdul Gaffar Haji Lateef Sait (S/O Late Mohtarama Amina Bai Saheba). The function was presided over by Dr. Mumtaz Ahmed Khan, founder the Al-Ameen Movement. The Hospital was under the control of Al-Ameen Educational Society,
Branch Gulbarga.

The first chairman:
This Hospital was placed under the control of Al-Ameen Charitable Trust after it's formation, and
Janab Syed Shah Mohammad Mohammadul Husaini Saheb Sajjada Nasheen Dargha Hazrat Khaja Banda Nawaz, Gulbarga was nominated as Chairman of the Management Committee of this Hospital.

The Inaugration:
Janab Alhaj Abdul Gaffar Haji Lateef Sait and the Charitable trust Bangalore have provided funds for the constitution of the Hospital building. Suitable and beautiful building completed and the hospital shifted in its own building in the year 1985. The following honourable persons participated in the inaugural function :

1. Dr. Mumtaz Ahmed Khan Saheb.
2. Janab Abdul Gaffar Haji Lateef Sait.
3. Janab Ibrahim Khaleelulla Khan Saheb.
4. Janab Syed Sadakhat Peeran Saheb, and other dignitaries were present.

Facilities:
Recently the committee has constructed an additional Delux rooms for the patients, and residential
compartments for doctors on the first floor.

The Hospital building has special rooms and delux rooms for the patients. Apart from it, there are two
General Wards for Male and Female. It is a 50 Bed Hospital having a Modern Operation Theatre, X-ray machine, Laboratory Facilities, and Ambulance to serve the patients.

The people of Gulbarga City are very satisfied with the services rendered by the Doctors of this Hospital, particularly Dr. Mohammed Moinuddin, Dr. Fatima Moinuddin, Dr. Raisuddin and other staff of the Hospital.
