Established in 1992, and affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Health University, Bangalore and Karnataka University, Dharwad and recognised by Dental Council of India. The Annual in take is 40, 50% by management, in which quota only muslims are admitted as per the order of Supreme Court of India and the goverment of Karnataka admits 20 students. Procedure of admission under management quota to BDS a)   Application are invited by the trust for admisson every year in the last week of April b)   Written entrance examination is held in the month of July c)   Viva is conducted also in July d)   A merit list is prepared by adding the marks of XII Std obtained in PCB and the marks of the written test and the marks of the viva. Application to start Post Graduate courses has been submitted to the University.
